Where To Go Next

After the workshop, your best next move is to use your Second Brain on real work within 48 hours. Start with the work that already costs you time, judgment, or emotional bandwidth.

Try these first:

Use your Decision Support Second Brain.

Bring it a real decision, draft, stakeholder situation, or messy tradeoff. Ask it to help you clarify the frame, surface risks, and propose the next move.

Create sub-chats for your recurring work.

Keep separate threads for workstreams, proposals, replies, drafts to your bosses, and replies to inter-agency partners. A Second Brain gets sharper when the context is targeted.

Try using transcripts as raw material.

Paste in a meeting transcript and ask your Second Brain to draft follow-up emails for your team, your boss, and an inter-agency partner. This is one of the fastest ways to turn conversation into action.

Create two more Second Brain Projects and follow the process we learned.

Build one project for communications and style, and one project for developmental support.

Project 1

Communications / Style Guide

Use the Kora skill for your communications and style guide. It will help identify which use cases are most valuable for you: editorial judgment, internal communications, ghostwriting for others, or stakeholder replies. When you upload it into the project instructions, also include your first Decision Support output as context.

Project 2

Developmental Companion

Use the Kora skill for your developmental companion. This project should help you reflect on your leadership patterns, blind spots, growth edges, and recurring situations. When you upload it into the project instructions, also include your first Decision Support output as context.

Your Second Brain improves through use. Start with one real piece of work this week, give it context, correct it when it misses, and keep the parts that help you think more clearly.
